It is with much pleasure that we present this earth from the farm of my mother and father.The Farm is located in rural Columbus.In 1899,my father,Herman Otte was born in Schneverdingen.He was raised in Volkwardingen.In Bispingen,he later married my mother Dora Hoins who was born in Volkwardingen. They then moved to this farm in america in the early 1930Ž.My father farmed this soil all his life.They were life long members of Christ Lutheran Church inrural Columbus.This is why we felt it to be very appropriate that this earth be represented in the One-Earth-Alter in Schneverdingen.Thank you for this opportunity.
